Modulous went into liquidation owing £6.2m to creditors



Modulous Limited, founded by a team of construction, technology, and manufacturing specialists to create an asset-light model for the design and delivery of sustainable homes, went into liquidation owing £6.2m to its creditors.


The company’s latest statement of affairs revealed that its estimated assets available for floating charge holders totalled almost £2.1m.

Modulous’ estimated deficiency of assets after floating charges hit nearly £3.3m, with the company also owing its trade creditors £1.09m.

This comes after Allister Manson and Trevor John Binyon at Opus Restructuring LLP were appointed as joint liquidators on 21st March 2024.
